TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE USE AND PROCESSING OF CONTRIBUTOR DATA

You have been invited to the CarbonCloud Platform as a Data Contributor. This Service Agreement regulates the usage of the Platform, including licenses for data sharing, usage of Activity Data and usage of Results.

This Service Agreement consists of the following documents:

• This preamble
• Terms of Service (T&C)
• Contributor Addendum
• Data Processor Addendum

Words starting with capital letters are defined in this Preamble or in the T&C, section 2 “Definitions”.

Scope of Service

The Account Holder receives a license (Pre-Paid Dataset Tag in the T&C) for all products which they have received an Invitation via the Platform. The license also applies to all ingredients and other raw materials required for making the product and hence making the PCF calculation.

The Account Holder may hence under Freemium Licence use the Platform for calculating PCFs for the products they have received an Invitation, including defining ingredients and sending Invitations to suppliers. The Results may be shared with the customer who sent the Invitation, and for internal planning purposes. The Freemium License does not cover external communication of the Results to other parties.

The complete license for the scope of service for platform usage with a Pre-Paid Dataset Tag is defined in the Contributor Addendum, section 4.

Upgrades of Scope of Service

The Account Holder may use the Platform for additional use cases beyond the Pre-Paid Dataset Tag, under the condition that an upgraded Service Agreement is signed between the Account Holder and CarbonCloud, in accordance with the Contributor Addendum.
